USCG Base Detachment Borinquen
Personnel and Admin Division


The Personnel and Administration Division provides counsel for military pay and allowance benefits, and review, support and initiate all Coast Guard mandated pay and/or personnel transactions submitted to the Servicing Personnel Office (Base Miami Beach).  This division provides services and counseling on personnel matters as required by current directives, administer travel guidelines in adherence to the requirements of Federal laws, regulations, directives, and Coast Guard policies, and accomplish routine administrative programs and services as defined by the host-tenant agreement between Base Detachment Borinquen and Air Station Borinquen.

Hours of Operation:

Monday:         0730 – 1200; 1300 – 1530
Tuesday:        0730 – 1200; 1300 – 1530
Wednesday:   0730 – 1200; closed for training
Thursday:       0730 – 1200; 1300 – 1530
Friday:            0730 – 1300


DEERS/RAPIDS services (ID cards) by appointment only:

Tuesdays: Coast Guard affiliated personnel only, by appointment through the P&A Division.

Thursdays: open to the public, by appointment only through the RAPIDS scheduler.
