Cmdr. Jeffrey R. Graham

Executive Officer, Air Station Miami

Cmdr. Jeffery Graham assumed the duties of the Air Station Miami executive officer in June 2017. Prior to this assignment he served as the engineering services division chief at the Aviation Logistics Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, where he provided engineering support to the Coast Guard aviation enterprise of more than 200 aircraft. Previous aviation assignments include Air Station Savannah, Georgia, Aviation Training Center Mobile, Alabama and Air Station Atlantic City, New Jersey. During the course of his career he has been qualified in five different models of the MH-65 Dolphin helicopter and accumulated over 3,200 hours of flight time.  He is a Federal Aviation Administration rated certified flight instructor and a rotary wing Airline Transport Pilot. His initial afloat tour was aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Mellon homeported in Seattle.

Graham’s personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, two Coast Guard Commendation Medals, three Coast Guard Achievement Medals, two National Defense Service Medals, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and numerous other service accolades. 

 

Originally from Rhode Island, Graham graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
